You will receive two statements:

Company statement: a summary statement is sent to your business with details of all card's monthly transactions

Individual statement: Each cardholder will receive a detailed personalized monthly statement of their card transactions

Terms and Conditions:

Unconditional access to the Lounges upon presentation of a valid HSBC Business card and flight boarding pass at the point of entry

Up to two children below 12 years of age shall be allowed to enter the Lounge, on a complimentary basis, when they are accompanied by an HSBC Business cardholder

HSBC Business cardholders will be requested for their cards to be swiped to validate their cards before entry is granted to the lounge. There will be no charge for the lounge service and a receipt acknowledging their complimentary access will be provided to the cardholder

Other visitors accompanying the HSBC Business cardholder will not have free access to the lounge
