Overdrafts are granted to salaried Egyptians who are working in companies approved by the Bank and are regularly transferring salaries to HSBC Bank Egypt.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum 21 years of age
EGP2,500 minimum monthly salary
Minimum one year length of service with the current employer
The customer's employer must be on the Bank's approved company list
The maximum overdraft amount is 50 per cent of one monthly salary
Tenor period is one year (renewable)
