How do I make a payment to my Credit Card from my HSBC Account using an HSBC ATM?

Insert your ATM Card

Enter your ATM PIN

Select "Other Services"

Select "Transfers"

Select "Other Credit Card Account"

Enter the Credit Card Number you want to pay

Choose the account you would like to debit

Key in the amount you would like to pay and press "Enter"

How do I deposit Cash or Cheques at an HSBC ATM using my ATM Card / Credit Card?

Insert your ATM Card / Credit Card

Enter your ATM / Credit Card PIN

Select "Other Services"

Select "Other Services" again

Select "Deposits"

Select "Deposit type" ( Cash or Cheque)

Choose the card account you would like to credit

Key in the amount you would like to credit and press "Enter"

The machine will now dispense an envelope and a printed transaction advice slip

Take envelope and deposit slip (machine-printed 'Customer Advice')

Place BOTH your deposit (Cash or Cheque ) and the transaction advice slip inside the envelope

Seal the envelope and insert it into the deposit slot

You will now receive a printed Customer Advice. Please retain this advice
