SMS Alerts For Account Holders

If you are an HSBC Egypt Account holder, you can apply on-line through your internet banking account or by filling in an application at any of our branches. Service features at an annual fee include:

• Deposit & Withdrawal Fund Alert:
a message will be sent to you every time funds are deposited to or withdrawn from your account above the threshold^* minimum amount.

• Term Deposit Maturity Notification:
a message will be sent to you of the Term Deposit prior maturity.

SMS Alerts For Credit Card Holders

HSBC Egypt Credit Card holders will be automatically enrolled into the SMS Alert Service. Primary and Supplementary Cardholders will be notified of debit transactions  above the threshold^* minimum amount for purchases and / or cash advance.

Important Notice For Credit Card Holders

• If you are an HSBC Bank Egypt Primary or Supplementary Cardholder and did not receive the SMS Alert Service, please call our Customer Service Centre (+202) 19007 to update/ provide us with your mobile number.

• If you wish to opt out of this service, please call our Customer Service Centre (+202)19007 ,otherwise this will be considered as a confirmation that you are agreeing to receive the SMS Alert Service.
