Notice of service disruption
On 8 December and 9 December 2017, HSBC will be carrying out planned service upgrades and maintenance work on its systems. Accordingly, during the upgrade times some services will not be available.
On 8 December 2017 from 3:30 am to 8:30 am, HSBC Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone Banking services will not be available.
On 9 December 2017 from 03:30 am to 10:30 am:
- HSBC Bank Egypt ATM, Debit and Credit cardholders will not be able to use ATMs locally
- Other banks' ATMs, Debit and Credit cardholders will not be able to use HSBC Bank Egypt ATMs
