We just wanted to let you know, so you can be confident our communications are really coming from us. If you’re concerned a communication might not be genuine, give us a call on the number on the back of your card.
Your card will still work fine. Depending on when it’s due to expire, it might be a while until you get a replacement card with the new logo. But it won’t make any difference to how you use it.

Our red hexagon logo is a crucial part of our 150-year heritage. But our look also needs to reflect the digital world we live in. So we've tweaked our logo to make sure it looks as good on screen as it does on paper.
