This may cause longer waiting time to get connected to one of our Contact Center representatives during the upgrade time.
Additionally, on 19 April 2019 from 12:30 am to 8:00 am, please be advised that HSBC Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone Banking services will not be available.
Otherwise, the HSBC Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Phone Banking self–services will be available 24/7.
