Terms and conditions

  • Bookings should be made 30 days prior to check-in date for full discount.
  • Full discounts are on refundable rooms only.
  • Customers can enjoy the full discount on one room of any type, and 5% discount on any additional rooms.
  • Any bookings made less than 30 days in advance will be eligible for a 5% discount only.
  • Always check the reservation and cancellation policies prior to any bookings.
  • Quotation currency is GBP on all hotels locally and internationally.
  • Payment will be deducted with the equivalent amount in EGP if you’re using an Egyptian card.
  • Foreign currency card transactions must be within the authorised limits.
  • Customers are allowed to use more than one credit card for payment.
  • Customers can cancel their reservation before the cancellation date.
  • Flight discount is based on official airlines website price only.
  • Members must pay the city tax (or equivalent) to the hotel directly whenever required.
