You can use the branch ATM as well as carry on your day-to-day transactions using our Phone Banking, Online Banking and Mobile Banking app.

The wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority. For this reason, we have taken the following measures:

  • We ask that all customers wear face masks when visiting our branches.
  • An HSBC representative will be performing temperature screening at the entrances to our branches. If the screening shows that you have a temperature of 38 degrees or higher, this indicates that you might be having a fever. In that case, we'll ask you to wait outside for 5 minutes before we check your temperature again. If it still indicates 38 degrees or higher, we will ask you to postpone your visit to another day when the symptoms have disappeared. For your health, we also suggest that you consult a doctor or closely monitor your status at home.

You can also carry out most day-to-day banking transactions using our online banking and mobile banking app. For more information on alternative ways to access your account(s), click on online banking and mobile banking.

For location and timing of any of our branches/ATMs please visit our branch finder.

Do your banking from home

You can manage your everyday banking needs through online banking or our mobile banking app (on compatible devices) without needing to leave home.

There’s no need to visit a branch to make payments or pay in cheques – your banking needs are at the touch of a button.
