From 18 March 2026, the Advance Contact Centre will be available from 9am to 11pm every day.
Our emergency services will remain available 24/7.
Important information
In view of the official holidays, our branches will be closed from Thursday, 19 March 2026 till Monday, 23 March 2026 will be an official holiday, and work will resume on Tuesday, 24 March 2026.
The following branches will not be operating on the 1st & 2nd days of Eid El Fitr only:

• City Stars Mall
• Cairo Festival Mall
• Mall of Egypt
Alternatively, you can carry on your banking transactions conveniently by using our online banking, mobile banking, and phone banking services.
